William Blair & Company's Special Situations and Restructuring Group, in conjunction with the law firm Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, hosted a panel discussion on Strategic Alternatives for Distressed Companies. The panel discussion highlighted options for companies facing a liquidity crisis, such as finding a buyer or restructuring debt. The discussion also provided an overview of the role of Chapter 11 bankruptcy for companies in distress. Attendees included representatives from private equity funds, distressed investment funds, lenders, and law firms.
