Published in the February 22 issue, the state-by-state list ranks Pusinelli and Fuller at Nos. 12 and 14 of top-ranked 50 advisors in Illinois.“William Blair & Company continues its tradition of receiving recognition by national publications for our advisors. The depth and experience across all of our private wealth teams, coupled with a highly collaborative environment and client-focused approach to the business, provides the foundation for ongoing acknowledgment across teams. More importantly, it confirms for all of our clients that the value of a stable, privately held organization contributes to our ability to serve at the very highest level,” said John Brennan, head of Private Wealth Management at William Blair & Company. Fuller and Pusinelli have more than 57 years of combined experience in the investment industry and a combined tenure of more than 42 years at William Blair & Company. In addition to providing wealth advisory and portfolio management services to individual investors and families, Fuller and Pusinelli manage William Blair & Company’s tax-efficient growth products. Barron’s rankings are based on data provided by more than 4,000 of the most productive financial advisors in the United States. Factors included in the rankings are assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice, and philanthropic work. Institutional assets are given less weight in the scoring. Investment performance is not an explicit component, because not all advisors have audited results and because performance figures often are influenced more by clients’ risk tolerance than by an advisor’s investment-picking abilities. 2010 Top 1000 Advisors (PDF) Back to top |
