Francisco Partners Acquires QuadraMed

Transaction represents 54th HCIT deal since 2003


Francisco LogoMarch 30, 2010 - William Blair & Company announces the success of its client, Francisco Partners, in connection with the closing of its acquisition of publicly traded QuadraMed Corporation for all-cash consideration of approximately $126 million. William Blair & Company served as exclusive financial advisor to Francisco Partners in the transaction.
